Ingredients:
- 100g dried mango soaked in 200ml of hot water
- 200ml Greek yogurt
- 700ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- handful of ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Put the soaked mangoes, including the liquid they were soaked in in the food processor along with 100ml of the milk.
2. Blend until very smooth.
3. Now add the honey, yogurt, milk and ice cubes.
4. Blend until well mixed and the ice is crushed.
5. Serve immediately.
